Overall, the unit was great for our extended family of 8 adults and 4 kids under 7. It had plenty of rooms, bathrooms and patio space. However, for the amount of money we were paying, there were several shortcomings:1.The back patio with the hot tub was extremely dirty, with a lot of garbage between the wall and hot tub.2. The kitchen pots and pan were pretty pathetic (spend 300-500 and buy some good stuff).3. One of the boogie boards was thrashed and should be replaced.

The location, bedrooms/baths and kitchen dishes, pans, etc.were great! The only downside was deferred maintenance issues that hadn't been addressed prior to our stay. Two of the air conditioners made horrible noises during the night and had to be shut off. (Because one day was a holiday no one was available to fix them for 3 days!)The screen doors on each of the patios wouldn't slide due to sand and salt air exposure. Only two of the burners on the grill were operable.

The entire group had the best time. The patios were perfect. The layout of the house was great. We will definitely reserve this house again.
