-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of the grand total, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-This apartment has one designated parking space within the shared garage. The garage is shared with the front house but includes separate parking spaces and washer/dryers. The only designated parking is the one space within the garage. If you need additional parking you will need to secure public parking.

We rent a property in Mission Bay each year for our vacation. This property was the smallest we have rented And the cleanest. Our children didn’t come with us this year and this was the perfect size for my husband and myself. The bed was comfortable, the shower was impressive, and we could be on the ocean boardwalk in less than 2 minutes. For a small place, it had everything we needed, nice appliances, air conditioning, lots of towels, and garage parking! Exceptional!

We loved the location. House was very cute. Quick responses anytime we had a question. Very nice to have a washer and dryer that was only for our unit. The set up of the place worked perfect for my husband and I and our two kids. Would definitely recommend.

We were very impressed with this property. The inside is very nice and looks recently redone. The bathroom shower is awesome. It was the perfect size for my husband and our 21 yr old son. The unit had everything we needed for our vacation. The location was perfect. Quick drive to sea world, the zoo, and Coronado island. You can walk to Belmont Park which has restaurants , mini golf and amusements. I would say an perfect location. Having your own garage to park in was an added benefit as parking is difficult during the month of July in mission beach.. would stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation .
