Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, including the living room, full kitchen, front patio, and backyard. Please note: the back tenants may occasionally use the front stairway to reach their unit. You might see someone pass by the front door briefly, or pick up their packages on the driveway, but this will not affect your privacy or access to any part of the home.
Other things to note
Stairs / Entry: There are a few steps leading up to the front entrance of the home. Please be mindful if you have luggage, strollers, or mobility concerns.
Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from
9:30 PM – 8 AM out of respect for neighbors.
Gatherings/Parties: No gatherings, events, or parties are permitted on the property. Absolutely no outside music is allowed.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including indoors and all outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of up to $1,000 may apply if there’s evidence of smoking inside the home or anywhere on the property grounds.
Pets: For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed. A penalty of up to $1,000 will be applied for any unapproved pets.
