The Sea View Wild Pear villa with large private pool is in one of the most prestigious resorts on the island of Crete. It is surrounded by a shady garden and situated within walking distance of the beach and taverns. The magnificent scenery and wind-sheltered bays of Agia Pelagia and Ligaria are nearby.
The villa is located on a 4,000-square-meter terraced plot facing the sea. It has a total area of about 400 square meters, is built on three floors, and comfortably accommodates up to 11+baby guests in five bedrooms.
The main entrance is on the middle floor. It leads to a two-level living room with a fireplace, a home theater, and a dining table that seats 12, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room with ironing facilities, and a guest bathroom with a sink and washing machine.
Sliding glass panels in the living room offer views of the endless blue sea during the day and the sparkling lights of the Agia Pelagia resort in the evening.
Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, a hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a wine cabinet that maintains the desired temperature. The kitchen opens onto a veranda with a summer dining area.
A sturdy staircase leads from the living room to the upper and lower floors.
The upper floor of the villa has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and spacious wardrobe. Two bedrooms have private furnished balconies with panoramic sea and surrounding area views, and the other two have access to a shared balcony with side sea views and equally impressive mountain views.
The lower floor has a spacious fifth bedroom (32 m²) with a double bed, a single bed, a cot, and an en suite bathroom. This bedroom has high sliding glass panels that lead to a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture, a ping-pong table, a patio by the pool, and a barbecue area with a fully-equipped kitchen containing a large refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop.
