Enjoy an open-concept living space with rustic wood accents, WiFi, washer/dryer, and plenty of room for families or friends. Relax on the wrap-around deck or let kids and pups play in the grassy yard. Perfect for a peaceful, fun-filled getaway!

Outside, you’ll find a grassy front yard, ideal for playing catch with the pups or having a family picnic. The wrap-around deck is perfect for al fresco meals or catching up with friends, while the cozy bistro set adds a touch of charm.

No Smoking
There is no smoking inside the home or near open windows or doors.
This includes cigarettes, vaping, and any smoke-producing products.
In pet-friendly homes:
Keep pets off beds and furniture.
Pick up after your pets outside.
Pets may not wander to neighboring homes, bark excessively, or chase wildlife.
Prohibited Items & Activities
No illegal substances of any kind.
No fireworks.
No fires, including fire pits, unless your home specifically provides an approved fire feature.
No campers, RVs, tents, or outdoor sleeping setups.
No additional vehicles beyond what your reservation allows.
Guest & Occupancy Limits
Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the home at any time, per county regulations.
Example: If the home sleeps 6, you may not have 12 guests over for dinner—even if no one stays overnight.
Noise & Neighborhood Courtesy
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
No loud music at any time.
Please be respectful—be a good neighbor.
Do not block any driveways or roads.
Security Cameras
For the safety of guests and property, entry doors are equipped with cameras focused only on the doorway area. During the winter there is an additional camera on the woodshed that is used to gauge snowfall for plowing purposes.

Outdoor furniture and BBQs are seasonally placed and may not be available during the winter months or severe weather.
