Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a striking double-height living space, where floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interior with sunlight, creating an airy and tranquil atmosphere. The tasteful décor, curated by renowned local interior designer Stavroula Mauromataki, features exquisite paintings and handcrafted pottery by Greek artists, adding a touch of authenticity to the villa’s stylish interior.
Each bedroom, including both the master and guest suites, is designed with the highest quality furnishings, plush bedding, and refined materials to provide the utmost comfort. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms, each offering a spa bath or walk-in shower, along with complimentary toiletries, plush bathrobes, and slippers for added indulgence.
The outdoor area is designed for both leisure and entertainment. A spacious terrace surrounds the stunning infinity pool, which features characteristic Cimentogonia surfaces that blend harmoniously with the natural surroundings. Luxurious sun loungers provide the perfect setting for unwinding under the sun, while the shaded dining area, covered by an advanced pergola, allows for al fresco dining at any time of day. Inside, the villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, and refrigerator. A washing machine and ironing facilities ensure added convenience for longer stays. The open-plan living and dining area features a fireplace, flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player, and an iPod dock for entertainment. Air conditioning and soundproofing throughout the villa guarantee a comfortable and peaceful stay.
The villa accommodates up to five guests with the following sleeping arrangements: one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room.
Additional amenities include a private entrance, safety deposit box, hypoallergenic bedding, and free high-speed WiFi. A children’s high chair is available upon request, ensuring a family-friendly environment.
Important Information:
A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
