About this cottage rental

A bright and beautifully presented three-storey cottage within 800 metres of Well’s bustling harbour. Boasting wonderful views from its upper floors, this family-friendly cottage features an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, an enclosed courtyard garden and easy access to the town’s vibrant beach, high street and other attractions across the Norfolk Coast AONB.


This reverse-level cottage is decorated in contemporary tones and soft furnishings. Its large, comfortable rooms are flooded with natural light from all angles, with creative uses of space evident throughout. The ground floor features a garden sitting room that opens into the private courtyard beyond via large French doors. An attractive shower room stands nearby, as does a utility area which is set within the garage, which is accessible via the sitting room. Far-reaching views are one of the main highlights of the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the first floor, a characterful and airy space to unwind after a day exploring the coast. A stylish double bedroom with TV stands nearby along with a separate WC. The family bathroom is found on the second floor, just across from a twin bedroom with a TV and a double bedroom also with a TV and enjoying far-reaching views across the coast. Back on ground level, the fully-enclosed courtyard garden is a peaceful place to relax at all times of the day, especially at meal times or whilst having a BBQ.


Well’s scenic beach, harbour and town centre (all within 1 mile) have welcomed generations of visitors who have sought an authentic experience of the Norfolk coast. A walk around the grounds of Holkham Hall (2.5 miles) is always time well spent, as is a tour of the marvellous house. Also keep an eye out for the Household Cavalry, which can be seen galloping along Holkham Beach (2.5 miles) during their summer break. Inland, towns including Burnham Market and Holt offer a wealth of family-friendly attractions.
