About this house rental
Bracondale is a spacious coastal home overlooking the sea, the perfect base for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and effortless access to everything Cromer has to offer. Set across three generous floors, the house offers room to unwind together as well as plenty of separate spaces to relax.
Ground Floor
Entrance & Hallway
Light-filled entry porch leading to the hall, downstairs W/C, and staircase to the upper floors. Under stairs storage is stocked with boogie boards, buckets, spades and garden games.
Sitting Room
A large, welcoming space with three sofas, additional seating, a TV, and a log burner for cosy winter stays. French doors open directly onto the terrace and fully enclosed garden.
The Den
A dedicated TV and gaming room with an oversized screen, Amazon/Netflix, a Wii console and a huge selection of games (including Mario Kart). Corner sofa and blankets make it a favourite for all ages.
Dining Room & Kitchen
The sitting room flows into a spacious dining room with seating for 12+ and a high chair. The newly refurbished kitchen is fully equipped with an ice maker, filtered water (via fridge and Quooker tap), and a large walk-in utility cupboard with washer and dryer.
From the kitchen, a side door leads to the outdoor shower — ideal after the beach or for washing sandy dogs — and space for the table tennis table.
Garden
A private, fully enclosed garden with a terrace, outdoor dining, benches and seating. A fire pit and outdoor log burner double as a barbecue and pizza oven.
