The location, the spacious rooms for the family. Well equipped kitchen. Parking.
Heating was a mystery to work out, but that’s over critical. Great accommodation.

Wow, what a fabulous property. Lots of room for three families and two dogs. Great location close the all local amenities. The hot tub was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend and will be back. Loved the cookies and treats that were there waiting for us.

Beautifully decorated, exactly as described/pictured. Helpful host, perfect location, great parking, warm & welcoming & really appreciated the extras: milk, ice, Prosecco, mince pies & biscuits xxx

The property was as good as our last stay, warm, plenty of room for our family visit, seating all comfortable, cooking facilities good, plenty of hot water for showers.
The small room bed was more comfortable this year as it had a futon style bed with mattress, better than last year's z bed.
Beds lovely and comfortable and bedding and towels good quality.
The dishwasher did not wash very well, it may need looking at.
There was a problem with several of the doors, some members of the family got stuck in toilets, the lounge door was ok once we had the 'knack' but very difficult for arthritic hands.
