This home is in a quiet neighborhood and best suited for low-key guests. Our rental agreement strictly enforces rules on noise, occupancy, and parties—violations may result in deposit loss or eviction. Please ensure you're comfortable with these policies before booking.

IMPORTANT**PLEASE READ**

ACCESS: This unit does have a flight of stairs to climb to get to the front door.

PARKING: 2-car garage that can fit your compact car's or mini-SUV's. There is unlimited free public parking as well.

**DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF GARAGE** as parking inside bike lane is prohibited and police have and WILL issue parking citations.


STRICTLY ENFORCED: This is a friendly & quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of neighbors and do not disturb at any time. No loud music and parties allowed. No patio/outside gatherings allowed after 9PM. If surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside OR outside property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in $1,000 PENALTY and guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

NO Pets policy

NO Bonfires on the sand/property (Beach Patrol is VERY strict on this)

Please observe our house rules. We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!



•Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Turn off the stove, oven, and heater.

•No Smoking of ANY KIND ($1,000 Penalty) INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY

•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays

•Check-in time is 4pm - 11pm

•No Extra/ Overnight Guests ($100 per extra guest per night if this was not disclosed on initial booking)

•No Mail Delivered here

•No moving or rearranging of the furniture

•No unplugging of the electronics

•No Pre-Check in Bag Storage

•No Pets

•No disturbing neighbors

•No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces we show you

•No loud noise or music past 9:00pm

•10am is check out time.
