Great location, easy access to the beach across the street, some nice nearby establishments. Calico Fish house was very good as was the pizza across the street and Green Cheek. Comfortable home. Nice patio area. All conveniences available. Access to Huntington Harbor via the duffy boat and kayaks was a neat experience.
Duffy boat was nice but very slow and needs maintenance. Many of the window zippers broken. Kayaks were ok but all attachment "clips" were broken so could not secure any seats. Maintenance needed on those as well. Although we were aware of house being on the PCH, traffic noise was constant all night long and affected sleeping in front bedroom. Patio furniture could use some seat cushions ;)

The property is safe and comfortable! Excellent that Duffy boat is included!!
It seems to me with such a nice property it has been awhile since the owner has stayed. Lots of toys, many broken should be discarded. Trash was full when we arrived. Area where trash cans stay should be swept out! Lots of unneeded kitchen gadgets. Disorganized! Horrible pans. No sharp knives. Only 2 forks 🫤and bbq terrible. Property needs attention!
