About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 120 m² air-conditioned house in Niffer to rent for up to 7 people.
It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A shower room (with shower)
- Laundry room (with washing machine and tumble dryer)
- A garage (for bicycles)
On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- A 40 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa, dining area, stove.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A first bedroom (not air-conditioned) with a double bed (140x190)
- A separate WC
2nd floor (air-conditioned):
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A third bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a fold-out BZ armchair (for 1 person).
- A cot is also available.
Outside:
An 11 m² south-west-facing terrace with an uninterrupted view and garden furniture (a table and two chairs) to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally situated in Niffer, on the border between Germany and Switzerland, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market just a few kilometres away.
Activities nearby:
- All year round: forest walks, canal, cycle track and children's playground, Mulhouse car and train museum, Europapark, etc.
- In summer: water sports and leisure centres, Artbasel in Basel
- In winter: Christmas markets (Mulhouse, Basel, Fribourg, etc.).
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the street next to the house (2 authorised parking spaces).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Mulhouse 25 min (18km)
- Nearest airport: Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg 15 minutes (16km) away.
