The Rousseau Pool House is a private and tranquil retreat nestled in the Irish Channel neighborhood. This pool house offers a blend of historic charm and modern comfort, featuring a private pool and large backyard, comfortable living space, and a thoughtfully designed, luxury interior. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, this property provides a serene oasis for unwinding after exploring the city's vibrant attractions.
Located in a walkable neighborhood, you'll find easy access to local dining, entertainment, and cultural landmarks, allowing you to immerse yourself in the authentic New Orleans experience. Examples include Tchoup Yard, Turkey and the Wolf, Molly's Rise and Shine, Parasols, Clay Square Park, The Exchange Pickleball, Abita Brewery, and World Famous Magazine Street.
