The home features 5 bedrooms and a 6th smaller bedroom/office as well as 4 full bathrooms. A breakdown of rooms is as follows:
• Downstairs one bedroom with two queen beds and ensuite bathroom
• Upstairs:
o Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom
o Bedroom 3 with queen bed – shared hall bath
o Bedroom 4 with queen bed – shared hall bath

• Kitchen complete with pots and pans enough for a chef catered event

We are steps from the Lafitte Greenway and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and the best of New Orleans. We are a 7 minute uber ride to the French Quarter. Our prime location in the heart of the city puts you within a 15 minute ride or less of Tulane University, Audubon Zoo, City Park, Fairgrounds, Bayou St. John and the French quarter.
Our home is located in an urban environment within close proximity to a mix of uses, including residential, retail, commercial and light industrial. Exterior noises may sometimes be heard in the house during normal business hours.

The entire home is reserved for your exclusive use. Feel free to utilize our wonderful outdoor pool, deck and grilling area; complete with spacious dining table, loungers and sofas. In addition we offer:
• Iron and ironing board
• Hangers in closets
• Hair Dryers in each bathroom
• High Speed cable internet
• Shower Essentials including shampoo, conditioner and bodywash

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the heart of Mid-City right off the Lafitte Greenway; a linear park that will bring you right to the French Quarter’s jazz clubs, eateries, bars and bistros or head up the park to Bayou St. John, City Park and the Fairgrounds. Also within a 12 minute drive is the WWII Museum and Audubon Aquarium. Staying at our home puts you right in the middle of all that New Orleans has to offer. We are also about 2 blocks away from Whole Foods.
Getting Around:
The nearby Orleans Avenue bus line can bring you to the outskirts of the French Quarter or up to Bayou St. John and City Park. Our location is roughly a 7 minute uber/lyft from the French Quarter. To access the French Quarter, walk a half block down to N. Broad and turn left and walk 1 block over to Orleans Avenue. Take the #32 Bus down Orleans until it makes a left of Basin Street. Basin street runs parallel to the French Quarter so get off at whatever stop you would like and head one block over the French Quarter. To head to City Park take the bus the other direction and get off at Carrollton Ave. At Carrollton Ave transfer to the City Park/Museum Streetcar which ends in front of City Park and the New Orleans Museum of Art. First off our host Nicholas was absolutely amazing! He helped me find local places to eat one being GW Fins and I found a cooking class for all our friends for my husband’s 50th birthday celebration. It was absolutely amazing and he’s a Xmas Eve baby so it’s hard getting a party in but we did it up in New Orleans. It was 4 couples and we still had room for 2 more folks. We did rent a vehicle instead of using uber or public transportation. Close enough to downtown but private and away from the crowds. I didn’t want to leave. The house was decorated for his birthday by the host and we had early check in which was 9am right off the plane. He also made sure my groceries were delivered the night before our trip. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this house and the host. The pool I will forever miss!!!! Great design and there’s 3 houses right there so if you needed more than one house as well it’s perfect! Thank you to our wonderful and amazing host. For sure your home made it memorable.

I stayed here with a bunch of friends after we got back from a cruise. It was the best part of the whole vacation!! The house was immaculate, and there was room for 7 people to each have their own bed. We were so comfortable there, and my friends said over and over how much they loved the house. Air conditioned comfort, and the pool was amaaaazing. It could not have been more perfect. We went on outings in the daytime, and ordered food in at night and hung out in and around the pool, and it was just the perfect, quiet, most private place to be. The neighbors were somewhat visible, and probably also short term renters, but everyone was chill, and we all respected the quiet times. We couldn't have asked for more. And the hosts were VERY responsive, they answered us almost immediately every time, and they were so agreeable and even helped us out with a few special requests. We are so grateful that we got to base our adventures out of such a lovely place to be! I think our driver brought us in by a very not-lovely route, so at first we were wondering where the heck we were staying, but it turned out to be only a block and a half walk to a really cute coffee shop, with DELICIOUS home made biscuits, and only a few more blocks walk away from the Whole Foods. We had our own private little paradise. It would be perfect for families or friends or both.

House was beautiful and spacious. One of my coworkers said it was better than the pictures! Would definitely recommend if you have a large group. Host was very informative and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Zero complaints possible!
