Practicing the rare & unusual rural profession of "sheep & alpaca shearer", René opens the doors of a charming contemporary country cottage built in 2019, nestled in the quiet within a small cul-de-sac, in the heart of a residential hamlet bordered by wooded meadows & fields of crops, on the edge of the picturesque typical & preserved village of La Chapelle-Saint-Sauveur, endowed with a bucolic communal fishing pond (accessible a stone's throw away), a "heritage orchard" & an ultra renowned supervised "natural" body of water, equipped as a "biological swimming area" adorned with a leisure centre ("Espace Robelin" with refreshment stand, snack bar, picnic area & various fun activities for children including "citystade-agorespace", ping-pong table etc…). A charming contemporary country cottage, built in 2019, sits on a 350m² enclosed garden, nestled in a peaceful location on the edge of a lovely, typical village boasting a rare and renowned natural swimming pond (just a stone's throw away). It's also 5.5 km from the delightful market town of Pierre-de-Bresse (with a supermarket), a designated "Town of Character of Burgundy-Franche-Comté" (and home to a renowned ecomuseum housed in a magnificent 17th-century castle). Located in the heart of the unspoiled Bresse countryside, this tranquil landscape of hedged fields blends agriculture and nature, encompassing meadows, forests, rivers, and idyllic ponds. Much of the area is protected as a ZNIEFF (Zone Naturelle d'Intérêt Écologique, Faunistique et Floristique) and Natura 2000 site (for its rich ecosystems).
