Ideally located between the jura and the vineyard Bourguignon, between north and south, in a village 20 minutes from Dijon and 30 minutes from the road of great wines of Burgundy you will be welcome to the cottage of 3 rivers at France and Fabrice. The exit of the A39 motorway (Soirans) at 5 minutes makes access easy and fast. Ideal location for business trips, tourist stays or overnight stopover. My cottage of 70m2 has been renovated and can accommodate 4 adults and a baby.On the ground floor there is the kitchen open to the living room, bathroom, toilet, laundry and sauna for a moment of relaxation. Upstairs, a beautiful room for 4 people can be separated into 2 spaces. Our 3 commitments are comfort and tranquility for our guests and cleanliness of places. The private terrace adjoining the garden faces the sunset.
