About this apartment rental

The bright, modern apartment of about 60 sqm welcomes you in Güntersberge in the Harz and offers space for up to 2 guests in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and satellite TV. In the living room, you’ll find a large satellite TV and a cozy sofa that can also be used as an extra sleeping option. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery, dishes, and glasses. Wi-Fi is suitable for video conferences, a small desk is available for work, and full heating ensures comfort. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet; towels are provided. Fly screens protect you from insects for a peaceful sleep.

In the courtyard, barbecue and fire bowl are available by arrangement.

Shared parking is safely located in the courtyard. There is a charging station for electric cars, which you can use for an additional fee. Pets are welcome. Events are not allowed on the property. A key box enables contactless check-in and check-out.

The accommodation is in a listed half-timbered house from 1908, offering special charm and character—ideal for a Harz vacation with high standards, a cozy atmosphere, and the comfort you want.

You can also rent the neighboring holiday apartment in the same house. Another holiday home is right next door.
