About this house rental
Our beginning of 2019 completely renovated holiday house is located in the heart of the climatic health resort of Bad Sachsa - shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
The house is about 150sqm in size and suitable for up to 8 people.
Through the spacious bright entrance area you reach a spacious hallway in the approximately 50sqm modern furnished living and dining room with 55inch Smart TV, music system and DVD / Blu-ray Plaver - with enough space for 8 people. Next door is a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area.
The first shower room is also located on this level and offers a real feel-good factor with a real glass shower, a towel warmer. Here on the ground floor is still a small bedroom with a single bed.
Upstairs are the 3 cozy bedrooms with double beds and plenty of storage space. On this floor is also the second bathroom (large real glass shower with overhead shower) housed. A small room with access to the large balcony has a comfortable sofa bed which serves as an eighth bed.
The house is detached and has a fully fenced garden and a nice large furnished patio. There are parking spaces available.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price - beds are made upon arrival.

Wir haben eine tolle, sehr saubere, modern eingerichtete Wohnung vorgefunden, bei der uns nichts fehlte. Der Check-In-Vorgang war durch einen Schlüsseltresor völlig problemlos. Großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet. Ideale Ausgangslage für Touren in den Oberharz. Supermärkte, Bäcker etc gut erreichbar. Leckerer "Burger-Laden" in der Nähe, Bad Sachsa selbst könnte eine Grundmodernisierung gebrauchen ;o).

Haus ist supergroß, toller Esstisch und gemütliches Wohnzimmer, viel Platz.
Das einzig negative war für mich das Buchungsportal Fewo direkt. Leider wenig transparente Preisübersicht und unübersichtlich.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und die Räume sind großzügig.
Sie liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants usw. entfernt.
Wir haben dort eine Woche mit 7 erwachsenen Personen verbracht, hatten genug Platz und es boten sich auch ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, um auch mal eine "kleine Pause" einlegen zu können.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
