About this house rental
This home was my first place to truly call my own, and it holds so many meaningful memories—from time spent with my beloved pup who has since passed and the one I hold close to my heart. It’s where I grew into myself, built a life on my own, fell in love, and eventually started a family—one that has now outgrown this space. I hope you enjoy and care for it as if it were your own, and most of all, create lasting memories here with the people you love.
I utilize a third-party co-host to ensure you are well taken care of during your stay. I trust that Utmost Property Management will care for both you and the home with the utmost attention to detail, always keeping your experience as the top priority.
Located in a quiet, established neighborhood near Clark College, this home offers the perfect blend of convenience and local charm. You’re just minutes from downtown Vancouver, where you’ll find great restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and the waterfront along the Columbia River. The area is known for its tree-lined streets and walkability, making it easy to explore on foot—whether you’re grabbing a morning coffee or taking your dog out for a stroll. With quick access to I-5 and SR-500, getting around Vancouver and into Portland is simple and convenient.
Guests have access to the full house. There is a shed in the backyard and that stays locked.
As you enter through the front door, you’re welcomed into the living room, featuring a comfortable couch, TV, and a ductless mini-split system for year-round comfort. To the right, you’ll find the kitchen, fully equipped for your stay, which flows into a cozy dining nook that comfortably seats two and can accommodate up to four for a more intimate, shared meal. Just beyond the dining area is the laundry room with washer and dryer.
Moving back through the living room, the home opens into three directions. To the back left you take a step down into a bright sitting room with a couple of chairs—perfect for relaxing while looking out onto the patio and backyard. Straight ahead is one of the bedrooms, while to the right is the second bedroom, located next to the shared bathroom.
The home is located in a residential Vancouver neighborhood with convenient access to local bus routes. Nearby stops connect to multiple C-TRAN lines, including routes that run through central Vancouver and toward Portland.
While public transit is accessible, most stops are a short walk or quick drive away, so having a car or rideshare option can make your plans more flexible.
This home is dog-friendly and was lovingly shared with two pups over the years. In the true PNW spirit, you may occasionally notice a faint trace of pet presence during the rainy season, along with the occasional bit of fur—something fellow animal lovers will recognize as part of a well-loved home. We take great care in our cleaning to keep the space fresh and comfortable, but if you have sensitivities to pets, another home may be a better fit for your stay.
The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property.
Regrettably, we cannot accommodate cats due to allergies.
The house does have an exterior doorbell camera that overlooks the front entrance leading up the door, the front yard and the singular parking spot available. Side exterior camera on the right side of the house, which looks out at the small porch with the white chair at the backyard.
