About this house rental
Welcome to Cozy Nest, your home away from home! Our place is family-friendly with a full kitchen, two bedrooms (one is very large with King bed and bunks), and two full bathrooms. The space is very clean and newly furnished. There is a small yard. Enjoy the luxurious touches like heated tile floors throughout and a jacuzzi tub in the spacious Master Bathroom. Located in a great area, one block from Main Street with shops and restaurants in our charming Uptown historic neighborhood.

Super easy and walkable to the conference we were attending as well as many local restaurants and breweries. Quiet neighborhood and easy to access.
AC is a window unit in the living area so needed to open windows at night, which made the temperature OK. Could have used a few more fans or ceiling fan in the bedrooms.

Would stay here again... lovely area and house. Only complaint would be the basement apartment was very hot. There was a fan, but no air flow to the downstairs area. Still, great place regardless.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable property for 4 adults. We had everything we needed. Perfect location - walking distance to many restaurants, bars, etc. Short drive (or long walk) to the Waterfront. Easy access to I5 and 14. Highly recommend this proerty.
