Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

This townhome includes a decibel monitoring (no recording) system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.
This home is part of a two-unit duplex. For larger groups, please rent Lake & Laughter 2 if you have up to 12 people.
