Escape to the Oregon Coast in this unique split-level beachfront home, perfectly designed for family gatherings or a getaway with friends. With the beach just steps from your door, this property offers an unforgettable waterfront experience. The home has been thoughtfully converted into two separate units, each with its own private entrance, providing both space and privacy for your group.
The Lower Unit:
Living Room: Warm and inviting with rich wood accents, two large couches (one converts to a sofa bed), a flatscreen TV, and a cozy fireplace.
Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped, galley-style kitchen and a dining table that seats four.
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms. One with a queen bed, and a second with a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds.
Outdoor Space: A large back deck and a private hot tub (available seasonally from April 1st to October 1st).
The Upper Unit:
Living Room: Breathtaking ocean views, vaulted wood-beamed ceilings, a wall of windows, two couches (one is a sofa bed), a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace.
Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for eight with views of the majestic Twin Rocks.
Bedroom: A queen bedroom that includes a desk, perfect for a work-from-beach setup.
Outdoor Space: A front deck to soak in the stunning scenery and sunsets.
Shared Amenities:
Both units include a washer and dryer, ideal for refreshing your clothes after a day at the beach.
Guest Access
Guests will have private access to the entire home, which is comprised of two separate and self-contained units. Each unit has its own private entrance, ensuring privacy for your group.
Interaction With Guests
We respect our guests' privacy, allowing for a self-sufficient and uninterrupted stay. However, we are readily available via the app or by phone if you need any assistance or have questions during your visit.

Seasonal Hot Tub: Please be aware that the hot tub is available for guest use only from April 1st to October 1st.

Parking Restrictions: On-site parking is for standard passenger vehicles only. Boats, trailers, RVs, campers, and personal watercraft are strictly not permitted to be parked at the property at any time.

We all enjoyed this property because we felt like we could relax in it. We enjoyed the fireplace in the morning and at night. The hot tub felt great after a long day exploring the 7 miles of beach and surrounding attractions. The neighborhood was peaceful and close enough to town. The weather was full of foggy mornings and sunny afternoons. All in all the house was not luxurious but comfortable with nice views of the ocean and short private walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

House was just as advertised, small entries to kitchen/downstairs bathroom and the path to the beach could use some grooming but other than that it was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Nice place if you like rustic. It was clean and plenty of blankets for those chilly nights. The yard and path to the beach need some upkeep. Overall, a nice place to stay.
