About this apartment rental
Our completely renovated Sausalito condo is a great place to unwind while still being close to everything the Bay Area has to offer. With stunning views of the San Francisco Bay from both levels, you can wake up and watch the boats as you drink coffee and wind down in front of the gas fireplace at night while the lights blink on in the hills around the Bay.
Our home is on a quiet cul-de-sac with the hiking trails of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area directly behind us, yet it is just minutes by car across the bridge to SF.
We use our home as a one-bedroom with the second bedroom as a dedicated office (though there is a small twin daybed in the office). The main bathroom has a brand new shower, heated terrazzo floor and Toto washlet, plus there is a half-bath. The new all-electric kitchen is well-equipped with all the amenities for enthusiastic cooks. Dining table has seating for 6. There are 2 dedicated parking spaces on the carport--a rarity in Sausalito. Downstairs in the office you'll find a washing machine and dryer in the closet, high-speed wifi, and a desk with spectacular (and distracting) views to the north Bay.
This is our main residence and a dream come true for us, and we rent only while we travel (spring and fall for 2-5 months at a time). In keeping with Sausalito regulations we rent only for 30 days or more. Since 2020 we have owned and rented the next door apartment, which has received consistent 5-star ratings.
