Heredia Suites Catedral

The location could not be more central. The place was very cozy, quiet, and exceptionally clean. The bed sheets and towels were freshly washed, and the internet connection was fast and reliable. It was also incredibly kind of her to let us leave our luggage there already in the morning — a gesture that she herself kindly offered. Small details and acts of kindness like this truly make a difference and show genuine care for guests. Renting out a property may be the easy part; leaving a lasting impression on guests and making them want to return is the real challenge — and she certainly succeeded.

The mattresses themselves were very comfortable; however, the bed — especially the bunk bed — was veeeeery noisy. It was a nightmare. I almost put the mattress on the floor. The smell of sewage at the main entrance was very strong.

Super zentral und doch ruhig, sehr zuverlässige online-Kommunikation mit dem Haus-Management, bequeme Betten, sehr geräumig und sauber. An alles gedacht. 😊

Keine Fenster mit Blick nach draußen. Dafür war es halt ruhig.

The location

Interior apartment with big windows to a wall 1m distant. Apartment very, very tired and worn (kitchen countertop chipped, dirty walls… not what we saw in the photos. We expected a wooden ceiling with street view and balconies. Not the best experience.
