Upstairs: (access via very steep staircase): 1 bedroom (180cm bed), shower room. Utility room under the house with outside access (washing machine). Wi-Fi connection. Electric heating (included in the rates). Charming enclosed courtyard of 65 m², lockable bicycle storage, possibility of borrowing 2 bicycles, electric barbecue. Included in the rates: heating, electricity, bed linen (beds made), towels, end-of-stay cleaning. Non-smoking cottage. Not far from Chinon, a marvelous medieval town in the Loire Valley, and its Royal Castle, you will be located in a small wine-growing village on the banks of the Vienne, a tributary of the Loire, the Royal River.
