Enjoy this spacious and comfortable studio located in a quite neighborhood surrounded by the Old Brockway Golf Course.
This guest house is offered by your host who lives in the main residence. Hot tub access to the owner's hot tub located on the 9th fairway of the Old Brockway is included.
The Cottage is surrounded by beautiful homes and pine vistas. You will enjoy the central location and easy in and out to your next adventure.
The home has been upgraded while keeping the charm of the original layout with gas burning fireplace that is the unit's heating source.
Amenity upgrades include a queen size Casper mattress, working desk, walk through closet and modern bathroom. Instahot heating provide energy efficient hot water.
There is a skylight over the bed and dimmable bedroom and bathroom lights.
There is an Alexa DOT on the desk, Charter Cable, WiFi, a Gas oven/stove, microwave oven and a fully stocked kitchen including a small kitchen sitting area for two.
The covered parking is of significant value in the Sierra's Winter and Summer.
There is a key lock box to the left of the front door. A code is provided day of arrival.
All of the guest house is accessible. There are no restrictions.

Here, you are on the north shore where its quite and relaxed. The Guest House situated adjacent to the main house located on the 9th fairway of the historic Old Brockway Golf Course on a quite street surrounded by alpine forest. The guest house is walking distance to Spindleshanks and Lanza's restaurants and a short drive to many others The Old Brockway Golf Course, Safeway and a public beach are short walks as well. Kings Beach is a just a bit further down the road and state line is a mile away.
The perfectly central location is just off State Route 267 with quick access to skiing and snow play all along the North Shore. There's covered parking for one vehicle and room for snow toys or other equipment.
This is a Placer County TOT compliant listing, and all guests will be asked to pay the required 10% Transient Occupancy Tax in addition to the listed fees.
There is also a 2% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment required on all room revenue.
