Skiing, snowmobiling, biking, the best sandy beach in North Tahoe, watersports rentals, dining, movies, and mini golf are all right here! You can walk out your door and link up with the North Tahoe Regional Park trail system. The park also offers tennis, baseball, soccer fields, snowmobiling, playgrounds, and cross-country skiing. Northstar-at-Tahoe's world-class resort is just four miles down the road, so you can ski all day and be home in a flash. In addition to its skiing and renowned ski school, Northstar has hiking, gondola rides, an ice skating/roller skating rink, outdoor movies and concerts, and lift-assisted downhill mountain biking in the summer.

You will relish sitting in front of the cozy gas fireplace with your favorite person. Whip up a restorative vacation meal in the well-equipped kitchenette or grill it on the patio. Retire to the fluffiest bed with a warm down comforter in the evening. The bedroom has pull doors to close it off or open it up.

The condo complex has a beautiful seasonal swimming pool to cool off after sunning. There's also a year-round hot tub, sauna, and clubhouse with a pool table. Coin-operated laundries are in each building.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
