About this cottage rental
15 km from the royal fortress of Chinon. Old tufa stone house dating from 1850 or the mid-19th century. All-inclusive gite (except tourist tax). Ground floor: living room, open-plan equipped kitchen (Malongo coffee pod machine and filter coffee maker). WC (sink). Fireplace with wood-burning stove: first fire free, then €10 for a rolling basket with matches and firelighters (2 fires).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room with WC. Heating included in the rates. Wi-Fi.
650 m² enclosed garden, covered shelter.
Small pets allowed with the owners' agreement. Non-smoking accommodation.
