Nestled in a quiet residential area of Nice, this elegant rental within a secure residence is ideal for a couple’s getaway or a family stay. Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, it perfectly combines relaxation, comfort, and easy access to the highlights of the French Riviera: the famous Promenade des Anglais, the charm of Nice’s Old Town with its Cours Saleya market, and the turquoise waters of the Bay of Angels.
The apartment opens onto a bright living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer), a dining area, and a lounge corner with a sofa bed (160x200) and TV.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160x200) with direct access to a private balcony offering a beautiful sea view, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a washing machine, with a separate toilet for added comfort.
Guests can also enjoy the many facilities of the residence like a large outdoor swimming pool, two tennis courts, a pétanque court, and a children’s playground. After a day of sightseeing or swimming, you can relax on the terrace and enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the Mediterranean.
