ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND! Any additional guests that are not on the reservation will be charged. If you make your reservation for 4 guests and more than 4 guests show up you will be charged $100.00 per guest/per night.
If there is a party/event or more guests than the allowed amount and noise complaint is received you will be asked to leave without a refund amount of any kind.
Pets - We love our furry friends! Please clean up after them, this means any type of shedding or accidents that may occur. We expect the property to look the way it did when you arrived. If there is additional cleaning or damages from your pet you will be charged an additional fee of up to $500.00
VIOLATION OF THE NON SMOKING RULE OF ANY KIND IN THE UNIT WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE $1,000 CHARGE FOR CLEANING. This includes if you smoke on the patio/outside and the smoke lingers into the unit.
