Walk the beaches, walk the harbor! Stroll through Old Town or explore the Presidio. Numerous restaurants to take out and deliver! Our newest and most economic unit! Non smoking 1 bedroom unit. Sleeps 4, WiFi, Roku, bedroom AC unit. Outdoor area with BBQ. Surfing, biking, paddle boarding, sailing, golf all within a quick 5 minute drive. A great get away. Romantic & economical. Close to 3 local beaches.
The unit is newly built. It's super cute and clean. Kitchen is fully loaded, linens included. Owner run building so pride of ownership is evident. Granite counters, tile floors in bathroom and luxury vinyl plank throughout the rest of the unit. Stocked kitchen has cooktop and oven and dishwasher. SMART TV Netflix ready, queen bed with sofa in living room. Washer and dryer in unit for longer stays. The unit sleeps 2 adults easily or 2 adults and 2 children with use of the couch and a blow-up mattress.
Contact-less check-in is available and the pin number will be provided to the guest prior to arrival. We are available by phone and text to answer questions and give suggestions for the area as needed during the day until 9:00 pm. Please let us know your approximate arrival time after 4 pm. We can let you know when the apt. Is ready for early check-in by request.
The little known name of this small neighborhood located just south of the University of San Diego is called Silver Terrace. It is a very centrally located and just minutes away from numerous highly popular destinations such as: Sea World, Mission Bay Park, Mission Beach, Old Town, Downtown, Fashion Valley Mall and La Jolla. Within a 10 minute walk you'll be within range of a trolley stop, multiple coffee shops, brewery tasting room, numerous restaurants, and a YMCA.
To get around San Diego, the most convenient method of transportation will usually be a car. However, if you choose to forgo that option, one can use the trolley (10 minute walk from the unit), or call an Uber / Lyft to get around the city.

This was the perfect apartment for my stay. It was spacious and well decorated. Ammenities were great and the washer/dryer a plus. Easy to get in and out and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a couple of nights, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. From the beginning, Jimmy was very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. Parking was convenient, and the place itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. It was also easy to keep an eye on my toddler while preparing meals, which was a big plus. This place is amazing we’ll definitely be booking again!

Comfortable, clean, and cozy little spot with all of the necessary amenities. Perfect location for access to the USD conference I was in town for. It took a day of being there to figure it out, but for thos who commented on no table, the.coffee table in front of the couch pulls up to make a perfect place to eat and work from the couch.

Place had everything we needed.Clean, enough space. The only reason I could not stay there again would be the noise level above us. I did not realize that there would be someone(s) above us. Quite abit of foot traffic and movement of furniture during the evening and night..
