The flat is located on the first floor of a 19th-century Tuscan residence, just a few kilometres from the historical centre of Arezzo, which can be easily reached by car or by train, given the proximity of the structure to a local station that leads directly to the central railway station. Narciso is located on the first floor of the Residence, and consists of a living room with a three-seater double sofa bed and a pullout couch, a flat-screen television, a stereo system, a kitchenette with a small fridge with freezer, a cooker, a 5-burner electric cooker with extractor hood, a microwave and a table; a double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers, a television; a bathroom with shower, bidet and a closet with washing machine.The entire flat has heating, air conditioning and wi-fi. The Residence is surrounded by an Italian-style garden of about 5000 square metres, with an enclosed swimming pool for the use of all guests with sun loungers, umbrellas and pool towels, a pergola with barbecue area, three stone tables, a gazebo for breakfast, a fitness area, a children's play area, a drying rack area and a covered video-monitored car park with a column for recharging electric cars. The entire facility is fenced off and accessed by a gate. Our farmhouse is easy to reach, being just a few kilometres from the centre of Arezzo and bordering a road, but inside you are surrounded by the greenery of our garden, skilfully designed by a landscape architect. Wi-Fi is throughout the entire interior including the swimming pool and is included in the price.
Given the central location of our town, and being 6 km from the motorway, you can reach Florence in an hour, Rome and Bologna in two hours, the Adriatic and Tyrrhenian seas are reachable in two hours.
We are also central for being able to visit our four valleys rich in history and surrounded by nature.
