About this apartment rental
I Tre Laghi is situated at approximately 1,3 kms from the historical centre of Città Sant'Angelo, in a tranquil area opposite three small lakes. The main house is subdivided in two self dependant apartments. Sant'Angelo is on the first floor and hosts six persons and with additional bed and sofa bed - 8 persons. Cot also available upon request. The house is very luminous. The house is very luminous and spacious. Living/kitchen area with wooden beams, archway leads into dining/kitchen area, both access onto large terrace equipped with weber, awning and garden table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining table and seven chairs, cooker with four burners, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all electric appliances. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with shower. Parking facilities within premises. Swimming pool 8 x 4 meters with large gazebo 6 x 4 meters, all enclosed. Heating paid upon consumption. Cautionary deposit to be paid on the day of arrival and shall be reimbursed on day of departure, if no damage. The property is surrounded by 3000 sqm of land which includes olive trees and various fruit trees, enclosed with remote control gates. Accommodation includes kitchenware, bed linen and towels. Wifi. Magnificent views of the countryside and Majella mountain. I Tre Laghi is 9 km away from Pescara North – Città Sant’Angelo’s toll booth along the A14 Bari -. Bologna See I Tre Laghi - Sant'Agnese Ground Floor. For the period 30 December - 3 January a cautionary deposit of Euro 200 to be paid in cash upon arrival which shall be reimbursed on the day of departure, if no damage. Upon request Piero and Letizia can organize visits of a true traditional Abruzzo. Tastings of oil, wine and beer. A visit to a pasta factory on how the various pastas are produced. An extraordinary outing to a family run cheese laboratory where you personally join in the family in making the cheese concluded with degustation of various cheeses. An outing with the family and their dogs in truffle hunting which is concluded at their restaurant with tasting of various truffle dishes. We apologise for a slight increase in price this year due to increase of taxes on reservations, cleaning fees and commission.

Wir haben die obere Wohnung Sant Angelo im Haus gebucht. Alles ist vorhanden. Ob Küche, Bad, Zimmer oder Terrasse - man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl.
Der sehr freundliche Empfang von Letizia und Piero tragen sehr dazu bei. Es steht ein Wasser im Kühlschrank und Gebäck auf dem Tisch. Für den Abend eine Flasche Wein aus der Gegend.
Man bekommt gute Tips für Ausflüge und sofortige Hilfe, wenn man Fragen oder Wünsche hat.
Gran Sasso, die Adria oder der Passo Lanciano, Vasto und Punta Aderci - muss man erlebt haben.
Die Abruzzen sind auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Wunderschönes, gepflegtes und ruhig gelegenes Anwesen, inmitten der Hügellandschaft unterhalb von Citta Sant' Angelo gelegen, mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge, großem Garten zum Spielen, Swimmingpool (nicht beheizt) im Garten mit Liegewiese und Schattenplatz.
Ca. 30 Autominuten vom Flughafen Pescara entfernt.
Gehobene und gepflegte Ausstattung in der großzügig geschnittenen, hellen Wohnung.
Sehr nette und herzliche Vermieter (sprechen beide fließend Englisch), die schnell vor Ort waren und uns jeden Extra-Wunsch erfüllten.
Wir verbrachten hier 5 Tage mit unseren drei Kindern (9 und 11 Jahre) und genossen die Ruhe, den großen Garten, den Swimmingpool, die per Auto gute Erreichbarkeit zu Strand und Bergen.
Absolut empfehlenswert, wer Urlaub an einem ruhigen Ort mit herrlichem Blick, in gehobener Ausstattung verbringen und individuell gestalten möchte...

Siamo stati benissimo in questi pochi giorni, la casa è bellissima e senzaltro ne parleremo ad altri in maniera molto positivo. Voi siete gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Non potevano chiedere di meglio. Soddisfatti pienamento di voi e delle vostra casa. Speriamo di aver altre occasioni per ritornare. Grazie di cuore per tutto.
