the new house "LIMONI" is comfortable and functional also "for 2 families"!
the house is located in via Edmondo de Amicis 10, 64018 Tortoreto, an excellent clean and very quiet residential area, served by all essential shops.
The 5km. of the promenade of Tortoreto, equipped with playgrounds for children and many chalets open until late, is part of the "Bike to coast" cycle path adjacent to the 132 km long beach. that from Martinsicuro reaches San Salvo!
* Tortoreto is the "blue flag of Europe" from 1998 to 2019! and from 2016 also "Green Flag"! and yellow flag!
* in front of the house at 30 meters. there is a free or private sandy beach.
the rental cost includes only: air conditioning, utilities, cleaning
initial of the apartment, free use of 1 bicycle, shared barbecue,
