Samphire is an exceptional newly built sea-front holiday property right on the beach in East Wittering. The spectacular sea views are maximised by its upside-down living style. The stylish and modern open plan living and dining space, plus well-equipped sleek kitchen area on the first floor, is wonderful for entertaining or to simply relax and unwind in whatever the time of year. Comfortable seating, a log burning stove, large TV and uninterrupted views of the sea through the glass bifold doors, make Samphire as appealing in the winter months when the sea is raging as it is in the summer. When it comes to finding a summer holiday home though Samphire truly comes into its own. With the bifold doors open and the sun shining, the light and bright living space leading out to the glass balcony offers inside-out living at its best. Steps down from the balcony to the lawned garden and beach just beyond mean that the seaside is literally on your doorstep. A separate sitting area or study space to the rear of the first floor is a useful room to work in or escape to for some quiet time. There is also a fourth W/C on this floor.
