About this house rental
Beach house virtually on the sea, within 3 seconds you are on the beach. The house suits friends, families, Grandparents, children from the young to teenage. It has sea views, open fire for those winter nights, cinema room, games room, something for everyone. It’s ideally positioned.
It suits children of all ages, including teenagers as there is so much space. The house has a cinema room, games room and in less than 3 seconds you are on the beach.
The sea views are stunning, particularly the sunsets. We have a front and back garden, which attract the sun. A barbecue for those sunny days with outside tables and chairs. It's a perfect multi family holiday house.
The games room including table tennis table, football table and dart board. We have a netball/Surf boards. The cinema room has Netflix, always a good excuse to watch a good film.
The location of the house is within walking distance to East Wittering, which has delicious cafes, and restaurants. As well as near to the supermarkets. There is a lovely fish shed which sells freshly caught fish for a bargain price. We are on the beach, and pretty much irrelevant of the time of year everyone smiles. Walking /running on the beach is always a wondrous.
Public transport is great. There is a train to Chichester, which leaves from Victoria, takes 1.5 hours. You can then take a bus from outside the station, bus numbers 52 and 53 which will take you to the bottom of Joliffe Road. The house is at the end of Joliffe road, first house on your right.
Great restaurants, cafes. Sailing, surfing, kite surfing, paddle boarding, (including rental location in peak season) plus other numerous activities. Will explain in further details if you rent our property.

The house is amazing and suited all our families needs from 76 to 2.
The house is so well equipped and beautiful decorated. The younger of our group had fun playing basketball and we’re brave enough to use the wet suits provided , the rest us enjoyed the sea front walks .
There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and eat together! We celebrated my parents 50 th and made some wonderful memories!
Pippa was so helpful in suggesting we’re to and the property information was so helpful.
Highly recommend- We had a ball !

Our 2nd stay at Spindrift and it was as lovely as before. Fabulous house for teens, so close to the beach and generously supplied with every sport/game/ kitchen item you could imagine. Loads of hot water whenever we needed it. Owner was super-helpful. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful stay with family of all ages. House facilities meant it was easy to keep everyone entertained despite the rather variable weather. Definitely recommended.

The accommodation sleeps 12 and there is
loads-of room inside so everyone can spread out if they want with the garage being particularly enticing for the sports people. The front room and kitchen are also a very good size so you can all meet together if required.
