All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning while the terrace has practical awnings to enjoy the view under a pleasant shade. In the heart of Sesto Calende a stone's throw from the river, the Esselunga supermarket, the train station that conveniently connects with Milan and famous locations such as Stresa, Arona.
The Space:
The penthouse is fully furnished with taste and complete with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay with a fantastic view of Monte Rosa, the city and the Ticino river. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. The large terrace with solarium with sun loungers and dining area with table and chairs for 6 people is protected by electric curtains for maximum comfort and to enjoy a dinner with a spectacular view.
The master bedroom with a large King size bed is equipped with a walk-in closet and private en-suite bathroom with toilet and bidet (but without a shower).
The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed that can become a double by sliding the mechanism. A comfortable desk for smart working or studying completes the room.
Guest Access:
One of the few apartments with private parking in the center. In front of the building, behind the Municipal Police headquarters, there is the assigned private parking that can be accessed with the card provided at check-in.
