About this apartment rental
The apartment of 70 sqm, newly renovated with materials and fine finishes, is located in a historic house of great charm in publications in history and architecture of Lake Maggiore and features a large living room with access to the park the villa, open kitchen and an old fireplace, two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has both heating both air conditioning cool / warm. In addition, the property is complete with a beautiful private terrace, furnished with a table and chairs in wrought iron, with a breathtaking view and Borromean Islands. The view enjoyed from the property is so unique and exciting to be among the most photographed views for postcards, posters and guides in the area. Cars can be parked in the designated area of the park of the villa. Near the home, within walking distance, there is a public pool for a fee, on the lake, rooftop infinity pool and beach facilities. The center of Stresa is a two minute drive and a fifteen minute walk through the scenic walk along the elegant pedestrian lake. In the surrounding areas there are many cafes and restaurants for every preference or choice of price. During the summer season, in every tourist resort of Lake Maggiore and, in particular, in Stresa, have made numerous cultural, recreational, gastronomic and entertainment (music, theater, events for children). Laura is a wonderful host. We were warmly welcomed with wine and pastries, and both check-in and check-out were perfectly organized.We enjoyed four relaxing days in the villa with complete privacy – a spacious garden, a lovely terrace, and spectacular sunrises. We had the entire property to ourselves, without neighbors.We have known Stresa for many years through the grand hotels, but none of them offered the same peace and exclusivity as this villa, including private parking.Laura knows the area very well and provided us with many valuable tips for sightseeing.

A lovely apartment with a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore and Isola Bella. An electric gate to spacious parking - difficult to find in Stresa apartments! A short walk to Carcione ferry station to go to the islands, but a short drive to a large car park in Stresa next to Stresa ferry station so very easy to get around. Apartment very well equipped - everything you need. Thank you for a lovely stay.
