Enjoy an independent cottage on a spacious property in the heart of the agricultural plain, south of Montélimar. This cozy, detached, and quiet space is close to town and major roads (just 10 minutes from the A7 south exit). The single room is tastefully decorated and includes everything you need: WC, shower, wash area, dining nook, TV, and a new double bed. A unique and charming place!
Please note before booking: this is a private guest room, not a hotel. The accommodation is designed with comfort and simplicity in mind, suitable for both travelers and business guests.
You can prepare simple meals on site:
– private fridge
– microwave
– French press coffee maker and kettle
– hotplate with a saucepan and frying pan
The space is not suitable for elaborate cooking; we recommend bringing ready-to-heat meals. In good weather, a barbecue can be provided. A private outdoor area with table and chairs is set up under the olive trees.
The property is strictly non-smoking. An ashtray is available outside.
A few chickens live on the property. Therefore, pets are allowed under certain conditions: they must be kept on a leash upon arrival and cannot be left alone in the cottage without their owner.
These simple rules help ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
