Discover our large, bright, newly renovated holiday home for exclusive use, perfectly located in the green heart of Thuringia, right on the edge of the forest. With a freshly renovated pool area since 06/2025 and hiking trails directly from the house, this accommodation offers the ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday. The Schäfer family looks forward to welcoming you and sharing their little paradise with you.

Inside the house, which is designed to be allergy-friendly, you will find modern furnishings with every comfort. However, the house is not suitable for families with small children and is designed at ground level, but is not wheelchair accessible. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area. Please also note that the upper floor is currently not available.

In the outdoor area, the approximately 6 metre diameter and 1.40 metre deep pool, which can be used from around mid-May until late autumn, invites you to relax. The garden, although not yet fully finished, is available for fun and games, and fruit trees and shrubs invite you to snack. Two terraces with sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue, as well as a new, covered seating area offer plenty of space for outdoor activities and relaxation.

The area surrounding the holiday home is full of opportunities for discovery. Within a short time you can reach numerous excursion destinations such as the Dornburg castles, the art centre and bell museum in Apolda, the university town of Jena, the Saale-Unstrut wine-growing region near Naumburg, the cultural city of Weimar and Erfurt and much more. The Saale cycle path and other cycle routes are also within easy reach. The landlords are happy to provide individual tips for organising excursions.

Whether you want to explore the numerous excursion options or simply relax in the garden or by the pool, you will find everything you need for an unforgettable holiday here.
