The apartment is distributed as follows:
🛋️ Living/dining room: Spacious, bright, and decorated in a contemporary style, it features a sofa, smart TV, and direct access to the terrace with sea views. An environment designed for both relaxation and enjoyment in company.
🍴 Kitchen: Fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, American fridge, coffee maker, and more). Includes a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.
🛏️ 1st Bedroom: Master bedroom with a king size bed, large windows, built-in wardrobe, and a modern design that conveys warmth.
🛏️ 2nd Bedroom: Bright space with two single beds together, modern decorative details, and a relaxing atmosphere for a restful night's sleep.
🚿 Bathrooms: Both are elegantly designed with high-quality finishes. The main bathroom includes a rain shower and double sink.

*A security deposit of €500 needs to be paid by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.
*Access to the property will be via self check-in. If you prefer an in-person check-in, we’ll be there to hand over the keys. Check-in is available from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 pm there’s an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours, please ask us for availability and rates. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more, they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.
*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
* The pool is only open a few months a year. Please check pool availability for your chosen dates. Please note that due to the drought, pool opening dates may be affected.
* Guests are advised that smoking inside is prohibited and a fine of €500 will be imposed for non-compliance.
