About this house rental
Our quiet holiday house is ideally suited for families and couples who want a typical Spanish environment to spend their holidays. The house has a patio that can be used throughout the year. In summer, the Mediterranean vegetation provides shade,, in winter the sun shines in all day long! The living and dining area is comfortably furnished, has satellite TV, wifi, and a fireplace for cozy winter evenings. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher and all modern kitchen appliances. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and bathrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom. On the second floor there is a protected roof terrace with stunning sea views. A wonderful place for an extended siesta! All rooms face south, so that light and heat come into the house. The spacious garden has a large swimming pool with pools of different depths. Your children will want to spend the entire day the!

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay here. The villa is cozy and comfortable- we felt so at home here. It was spacious enough for two adults and two teens. The views were lovely and we loved the garden and pool. Our hosts were so gracious and gave us some great recommendations. We really enjoyed the location and were able to either take the bus, walk, or drive to Old Town or the beach areas. Marbella is beautiful and it was also easy to get around (with a rental car) to visit other places- such as Tarifa and Seville. A wonderful trip! Thank you so much, Miguel and Tanja!

I can’t say enough about this stay - starting months ago Tanja and I texted with my questions. She was always very responsive and by the time we arrived we felt so comfortable with her and Miguel. From meeting us at the property to suggestions in dining and things to do, they were amazing! Even bringing by a cake for a birthday we were celebrating.The house was just like the pictures and description. Very charming and well stocked with everything we needed. We ate dinners on the patio and spent evenings watching the sunset from the rooftop deck. We really enjoyed the updated kitchen and bathrooms.The location is in a residential neighborhood which we liked as it was quiet. It’s a bit of a walk to town but there is a bus station and taxi stand just a 10 minute walk away, a nice grocery store and bakery also a short walk from the house.Miguel gave us a ride back to the bus station when we left. They are excellent hosts!

This property really is a Home Away from home! A well equipped kitchen with full sized oven so that you can cook at home, comfortable beds, always-on hot water and a nicely furnished sitting room all combine to make it feel like a real home, rather than a holiday let. Beautiful terrance with shade at the front. Swimming pool is a step away. Beautifully maintained grounds. Easy transport on Line 2 into the centre of Marbella. Supermarket a ten minute walk away - wheelie shopper provided at the house. WiFi connection perfect all the time. Our hosts, Tanja and Miguel, couldnt have done more to make us welcome. They were always on hand for information, but also fully respected our privacy. This is one of the very best properties we have stayed at in years of renting and we will certainly be back. Thank you Tanja and Miguel.
