About this house rental
Cocoonr offers you this charming 135 m² house in Saint-Ouen-des-Alleux to rent, which sleeps up to 8 people.
It comprises a lovely 45 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower) and a 900 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 45 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood provided at extra cost), double sofa bed and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room
- WC, washing machine
First floor:
- Relaxation area, library corner and board games
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90x190)
- Two shower rooms
- Two WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful east/west facing garden of 900 m² and a 6x4 m terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Ouen-des-Alleux, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Rennes-Saint-Jacques airport, 40 minutes away by car
