Description:
Large contemporary house, at the end of an impasse without vis-à-vis, and only 250 meters from the village, with a fully enclosed garden of 1,700 m2.
It is located in a charming town bordered by magnificent beaches and coastal paths, between Saint-Malo and Cancale and ideal for family or friends.
It consists of a living room of 40 m2, with direct access to a large terrace facing south, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue / plancha.
A fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.), four large bedrooms (all with 140 cm beds), 2 bathrooms: (a shower and bathtub ), (an Italian shower), and 2 toilets.
Free WIFI access.
4 adult bikes available, and for the little ones a swing and a wooden hut on stilts.
Possibility to park two cars inside the property.
The shops are 250 meters away (bakeries, butchers, tobacconist, pharmacy, small supermarket, bar, pizzeria).
Magnificent beaches are nearby, such as Guimorais, Rozven (where Colette lived), Anse Duguesclin (where Léo Ferré lives), Port Beach ...
Saint-Malo, the corsair town, is 12 kms away, Dinard is 18 kms away, Dinan, a medieval town, is 25 minutes away
and Mont-Saint-Michel is 45 minutes away.
Possibility to provide free of charge on request, a cot, and a booster.
We offer a cleaning package for departure (100 euros),
and rental of bed linen (10 euros / room).
Our animal friends are not accepted.
Weekly or fortnightly rentals only.

Grande maison très bien entretenue avec une grande terrasse et un super jardin sans vis à vis. Les commerces essentiels sont à 500m donc pas besoin de voiture.

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung, super Einteilung der Räumlichkeiten und die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist passend, alles vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren bei der Übergabe sehr freundlich und bemüht.
Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und bietet sowohl den kleinen Kindern viele Spielmöglichkeiten als auch den Größeren einen Rückzug auf der Sonnenliege. Der Ort selber ist recht klein aber es gibt alles für den täglichen Bedarf, Bäcker, Post, kleiner Lebensmittelladen, Apotheke, Pizzeria... In der nahen Umgebung lassen sich mehrere tolle Buchten erreichen mit herrlichen Sandstränden und klarem, türkis schimmerndem Wasser, teilweise auch mit Badeaufsicht. Entlang der Küsten gibt es schöne Wanderwege.
In kurzer Fahrtzeit lassen sich größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kleine schöne Städte erreichen.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und sind eher in unserer Erwartung übertroffen worden. Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub für Groß und Klein.

La maison a tout le confort nécessaire et le jardin est juste superbe ! La localisation est top, proche de toutes les belles villes et attractions. Les plages autour sont très agréables.
Bref, nous recommandons vraiment ce logement!
