Additionally, this home includes a fun-filled game room with a poker table, dart board, and additional flatscreen TV. Outdoors, enjoy a soothing dip in your luxurious Pebble Tec, saltwater pool, or relax on your covered, furnished patio and watch the golfers playing through on the adjacent course that has hosted the Bob Hope Classic for over 50 years!
The Indian Wells Tennis Garden is just a little over two miles away for the Paribas Tennis Tournament. Catch your favorite musicians at the Stagecoach and Coachella Music Festivals on the Polo Grounds just a little over seven miles away. Visit one of several golf courses in the area or do some shopping on the well-known El Paseo Shopping District in Palm Desert, seven miles due west.

Riverside County regulations prohibit any 'party' lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests liable for any 'light trespass' on surrounding properties.
*Please note that this home only allows minimum night stays of 30 nights or longer. This is enforced by the County and we cannot make any exceptions. However, For stays 30 nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact us for more information.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 30 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Our third visit to this property and hope for more. Very comfortable home, not too fussy. Everything one needs for a relaxing holiday. All you need to bring are your personal items as this home is prepared for all you will need from kitchen to bath towels. Management staff were excellent to keep us informed but we never really needed any assistance.

The house has worked great for us during our stays over the past three years. Since it is right on the course it works well with being a member of BDCC and has nice accommodations for us to have our grandchildren visit. The PM company has always been very prompt to deal with any maintenance issues that have come up or to address our questions.

This property has everything you will need for a longer stay. Very clean, well organized and well managed. Swimming pool was a nice bonus. Used it 3-4 times a day. After 1 month it felt like home. Would definitely rent again.
