Please read carefully the following House Rules and Good Neighbor policies by Riverside County. By booking a reservation, you agree to the following conditions:
1) Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am daily. No outside amplified noise 24/7. Any music played must be inside and inaudible at the property line.
2) Must park on driveway or directly in front of the property
3) No smoking and no pets please
4) Spa heating is included. Please use responsibly and turn off spa immediately after use. Pool heating is NOT included and requires an additional fee. Please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time if you'd like to heat the pool.
5) Swim at your own risk. Pool goes from 3 ft on the shallow end to 7 ft on the deep end. No lifeguard on duty. No glass by the pool. No eating in the pool. No running or diving.
6) Turn off outdoor gas grill immediately after use.
7) Guest is responsible for cleaning all dishes and putting them away before checkout.
8) Guest is responsible for taking out the trash. Trash bin and recycling bin are located on the side of the house.
9) Owner is not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness occurring during the stay.
10) Guest shall cover any damages made to the property during his/her stay and shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
11) Utilities are included for reasonable normal use only.

Sofie was a wonderful host. She was very communicative with everything and any questions I had. The house was clean, pool and hot tub were amazing. We enjoyed a very relaxing few days at her home and would gladly stay again if we come back to Palm Desert!

The pictures of the property were very accurate. The house was very well equipped with kitchen, bathroom, and pool supplies. The house is not located in a “Country Club” neighborhood, but it was very quiet and private with close proximity to shopping and highway 10.The host was very responsive to any questions we had. There was a very informative booklet outline how things operated around the house.For the price and location, we would highly recommend this property.

Great house for our annual girls trip! A few things that may need to be considered are offering more plastic cup options since there is no glass allowed near the pool, more portable fans since it can get very hot in the summer and the AC only went down to 73. I would highly suggest investing in a new couch the current one in the living room is not very comfortable and not enough room for all 7 of us to hang out on. We had to buy a can opener since there was none, but pretty much had everything else we needed.Location is good in La Quita, and the pool area and layout of the house was great for us (lots of bathrooms!).
