Good location, comfortable beds with clean linen, TV and wi-fi very good and reasonably equipped kitchen. Worth a try if you have young children and don't wish to stay in a hotel.
The parking is free if you can park in front of the house or you have a small car that will fit on the small frontage. We were lucky that the schools were on holiday when we went and were able to park outside the school located on the next road. This area did fill up as people returned home from work. So yes free, though could find it difficult if you returned late.
The kitchen was very cold! Keep the door shut if you use this facility in this season. No knives in the kitchen to cut with! Take your own if you intend to cook. Bins outside overflowing with rubbish. The previous used and washed linen hanging all around the house to dry. The back door lock / latching is not working and needs re-setting.
