Probably ideal for you if you have a car or a scooter and plan on going out every day to explore + eat out. Loved the light and the lovely view! Very breezy, AC worked great, and I loved my time here for writing, creative work, and meditations. A friendly family runs the show and they helped me get a big water which was very helpful. Peaceful place for the most part and pretty too. Safe and friendly neighborhood. Great view of the beautiful turkey vultures who came to visit near the windows ❤️
When I asked for a restock of basic items I was told i'd be charged for that, which I denied. It's up the hill so not stroll friendly. Without a car you'll likely need to at least taxi/collectivo back to the place, but there are frequent collectivos into the center so it's not a big deal. There's a couple of convenience stores nearby but grocery is a bit far so come stocked for your stay. May need more utensils. You may be the only tourist or traveler in the area, which has its pros and cons.
