This dreamlike villa with penthouse flat leaves nothing to be desired, and not just because of its prime location right by the sea. Elegant, modern interior design and spacious terraces with luxurious seating and sun loungers characterise this newly built property.
Just a few steps away is the private concrete plateau with bathing and swimming facilities and a buoy for your own boat or the motor speedboat you can hire from us. The spacious, heated and illuminated outdoor infinity pool (14 m x 3.50 m x 1.60 m) with waterfall leaves nothing to be desired. The pool bar invites you to linger and relax. The pool can be used by all holiday guests (guests of the Maisonette App. and the Penthouse App.).
Penthouse flat
The penthouse apartment is around 100 m² in size and has 2 separate bedrooms, each with a bathroom en suite, as well as an open-plan living area with a high-quality kitchen. The entire flat is fitted with large sliding glass doors and a spacious glass terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding islands.
A central air conditioning system provides all rooms with sufficient cooling, and in the cooler seasons the house can be used with underfloor heating.

The villa is located in Tudorovica on the island of Korčula and offers its guests the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Due to its fantastic location, the villa offers an unobstructed view of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea and lush Mediterranean vegetation. It is located just 15 metres from the beautiful sea and offers its guests the opportunity to explore the beautiful beaches of the island of Korčula. The island of Korčula is rich in vineyards, olive groves and small villages and is home to a splendid old town. It is the sixth largest island in the Adriatic and stretches over a length of almost 47 kilometres. With its sandy and pebbly beaches, it is a perfect choice for all nature lovers!
