Inside, the house blends modern comfort with Mediterranean charm, featuring three cozy bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a terrace to soak in stunning sunsets. Air conditioning keeps you cool, and kayaks are available free for exploring the crystal-clear waters.
Relax on your private deck chairs under canopies by the beach, or discover nearby sandy and pebble beaches, including the famous Proizd Island just a short boat ride away.
The quiet bay ensures privacy and serenity, while Vela Luka town, only 10 minutes away, offers shops and dining options. On-site, enjoy an intimate, locally inspired restaurant with just a few tables—perfect for a peaceful local dinner.
This beach house is your ideal spot for a tranquil Adriatic getaway filled with sun, sea, and unforgettable moments.
Pets are welcome with pet fee, which is 50 EUR, as well as a damage deposit of 300 EUR, which is payable in cash to the owner. The deposit will be refunded to you on the day of your check-out, provided everything is in order and the house is undamaged.
HOW TO REACH YOUR HOLIDAY HOME
Both Dubrovnik and Split airports are available options for your travel needs.
If you choose Split airport, you can take advantage of the ferry or catamaran services that operate from Split port, which will transport you to Vela Luka on Korcula Island. Once you arrive in Vela Luka, it will only take 10 minutes by car to reach your holiday home. Alternatively, there is a catamaran service that departs from Split port and travels directly to Korcula town. However, please note that if you opt for this option, you will need to allocate an additional 50 minutes of travel time to reach your holiday home.
If you decide to take the catamaran from Dubrovnik, you will arrive in Korcula town, where you will need to arrange a 50-minute taxi ride to reach your accommodation. We would be delighted to assist you with organizing your transportation, should you require it. The taxi from Korcula town to Vela Luka costs around 70 eur.

We spent a wonderful holiday at Plaza Pičena and were completely taken by its incredible setting. Easy access to the sea and private cabanas felt like an absolute luxury. The small restaurant on site run by Mario and his family was a highlight. We observed several yachts making a special trip to dine there and felt lucky to have found such a hidden gem.That said, the accommodation itself did not quite meet a luxury standard. The interiors were functional but lacked some attention to detail, particularly in the kitchen, where basic supplies were missing or insufficient. We later noticed in previous reviews that other guests had raised similar concerns, which unfortunately seem to have gone unaddressed.If you are seeking an unbeatable seaside location with a warm, family-run vibe, this is a wonderful choice. With a few improvements to the accommodation, it could truly match the world-class beauty of its surroundings.

Property location and atmosphere by far the best on the island. Perfect for enjoying the sea. 6 min drive to large grocery store and ferry port. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Plaza Pičena is an absolute hidden gem – the seaside cabanas and crystal-clear water are just steps from your door, and the on-site restaurant run by Mario and his family is a real treat. We loved being able to swim, relax, and enjoy great food without ever leaving the property.
The accommodation itself, however, isn’t quite at a luxury standard. We found the beds uncomfortable, and the kitchen lacked several basic supplies – an issue noted by previous guests but unfortunately still unresolved. We raised this with the Adriatic Pearls team, but nothing further came of it.
If location and atmosphere are your top priorities, this place is hard to beat. With more attentive management and some upgrades, it could be truly exceptional.
